10/15/2003 - Partners of Datajump to Create BigHoller
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Partners of Datajump to Create BigHoller
The partners of Datajump Inc., www.datajump.com, have decided to create BigHoller, a new company that will build professional Web sites with online ordering for the restaurant community.
"We are always looking to create new products and start new businesses" says Michael Rosenzweig, CEO and partner of Datajump. BigHoller is a natural next step for us. At Datajump, we already host hundreds of Web sites, so the infrastructure has been built. In addition, we understand the Internet and transactional world, having built so many of these systems already."
According to Rosenzweig, the partners of Datajump see a need that is not being met. "Nobody today is giving restaurants their own professionally-built, affordable Web site that can be used to take orders online and help promote the restaurant. There are some Web companies that facilitate online ordering but you always have to go to that Web company's Web site. Restaurants hate this because they are competing on the same site with other menus, they cannot promote the Web site as their own, and there is a third party in between them and their customer. BigHoller's Web site restaurant software solves all of these problems."
It is anticipated that BigHoller will be in beta sometime during the 1st quarter of 2004.
BigHoller provides restaurants with their own low-cost, professionally designed Web sites with online ordering to fax capability. BigHoller restaurants are growing their customer base and increasing their takeout revenue by offering customers the convenience of online ordering.
